These NOM size fractions were analysed using State-of-art techniques to measure: Dissolved Organic Carbon (DOC), Ultra Violet Absorbance at 254 nm (UV254) and range of 200-400 nm, SUVA and Fluorescence Excitation and Emission Matrix (F-EEM).The study also shows effect of DOC dilution to concentration lower than 1 mg\/L on F-EEM results. It was observed that three fourth of the respondents had habit of taking extra dietary salt also half of the respondents don't have the habit of taking tobacco.
