Chapter two evaluates the history and current status of human rights in India.Part Two focuses on the 'Minority Rights,Chapter three locates the provisions of Minorities in India and United Nations. Chapter Four attempts to analyze the problems of India's religious minorities (mainly Muslims and Christians). Chapter five locates the efforts of United Nations and India in defending, locating and protecting the rights of Minorities.
