The Irish Housing Market has experienced unprecedented success over the last decade, with record levels of growth. The housing boom has seen prices spiral by up to 300%, with over a third of all housing stock being produced during this period. This book intends to follow Ireland s journey in its quest to explore the contributory factors that led to the housing boom and the future perspectives on the Irish Housing Market.
