Roy Travich gained a large inheritance. He used these so he could gain a super power and join his idols the Legion of Super-Heroes. He gained the ability to emit radiation from his body. Roy tried to join the Legion as Radiation Roy. He was rejected for not have enough control over his powers and nearly harmed the Legion and when Saturn Girl read his mind, she was so horrified by his inner desires and couldn''t sleep for two nights. Bitter and angry, Roy founded the Legion of Super-Villains and often fought against the Legion of Super Heroes. He had a relationship with Spider-Girl, but this ended. He quit the Legion of Super-Villains. He body became badly ravaged by his radiation. He lost his teeth and grew pus-filled tumors. So, Roy started to wear a red containment suit.... Mehr
