Key Attributes and Applications of 4G

There is a widely accepted vision of a system that enables an "Always Best Connected (ABC)" mode of communication. This concept, generally accepted as 4G, presupposes a heterogeneous communication landscape comprising different wireless access systems integrated on a platform, where the user enjoys undeterred connectivity and ubiquitous access to applications and services. Such features and services can be incorporated in an educational environment to foster the realization of educational objectives.
