A Post-Brexit Itinerary for European Unionists

The book delivers a new approach to EU policy making after Brexit, which has removed significant political obstacles. The objective is to strengthen the EU as a federation by expanding her spending functions, notably in defence and social policy, by reducing the scope of actual "churning" policies, and by giving her fiscal powers, notably in corporate cashflow taxation and "digital taxes".
